Who We Are
Jessica has always had a passion for fitness and sports. She owned a gym and fitness boot camp business in Indiana for 14 years training men and women of all shapes and sizes as well as kids and young athletes. Jessica and her two boys, Tyler (9) and Easton (6) moved to Cape Coral in 2019. Shortly after, she purchased Fair Play Indoor Soccer to expand her love of sports and fitness.
Jorge Salas
Manager & Coach
Jorge is originally from Venezuela. He moved to the United Sates in 2008 with a soccer scholarship at Illinois Institute of Technology where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jorge obtained his MBA in Sport Management at Real Madrid Business School in 2019. He remains active in the professional and youth soccer & futsal community and also sharing his expertise on athletes' development with our community. He joined the Fair Play Indoor Soccer team in February of 2021. Jorge runs operations at Fair Play, including our training academy, adult and youth leagues, one on one trainings, sponsorships, among others.
Allie Valdes
Kick Start Academy Coach
Coach Allie grew up in Houston, Texas where she played competitive club soccer her whole childhood up until early adulthood. She holds grassroots coaching license from US Soccer, and has a background coaching all ages- from preschool aged children to U18 girls club team. She graduated from FGCU in 2015 with a Bachelor of Art and minor in Early Education. Coach Allie loves helping young players sharpen their skills and gain confidence on the soccer field.
Alex Daniele
Speed & Agility Coach/Pitching Coach
Alex is one of Fair Play's sports speed and agility coaches. He is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Sports Nutritionist. Alex played baseball at the University of Oklahoma and was drafted in the 19th Round by the Texas Rangers. Alex is founder and owner of K Academy Pitching LLC. He is experienced in pitcher specific strength and conditioning and arm care and well versed in pitcher mechanic analysis and velocity improvement.
