RULES

We do not tolerate any form of violence (you will be kicked out).
No cleats allowed in the fields.
Come in at least 10 minutes before your game to sign the waiver and get ready.
You must cancel 12 hours in advance to get your money back.
Once your game has finished please exit the field to let the next team get ready.
Smoking and drugs are prohibited on FPIS premises.
No food or drinks inside the fields.

WAIVER

Everyone who plays on our fields MUST sign a waiver.

ALL PLAYERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT SIGNATURE TO PLAY.

Please come in 15 minutes before your game and make sure to submit your waiver before your game time, otherwise you will not be allow on the fields.
